This dress has caused quite a stir already. The popular Isabel Dress is back in a 70's inspired floral hand printed on beautiful poplin. Poplin is a little heavier but so soft, perfect for winter. Team with a boot and jacket and chunky scarf. The collar is so pretty with its lace trim. A statement piece this Autumn.

Postage

Within the UK - Items will be sent via Royal Mail standard signed for. Delivery wiIl take 10 days due to Covid - cost £5. An email will be sent to you on the day the order is shipped.

International - Items will be sent via Royal Mail to Europe £15 and DHL to USA Australia, Asia, The Middle East - for £20.

* Please be aware that items being sent outside of the UK may incur local import taxes. Payment of taxes is the responsibility of the customer.

Quality

As all items in our collections are hand-made, there may be some very minor variations between the pieces.

Hand-looming is a natural process and, as a result, small parts of cotton husk may be visible in some items.

The printing is also done by hand so there will be uneven areas or marks which are part of the uniqueness of the product.

There are detailed hand-washing instructions included on the swing bags and labels. If hand-wash or cold machine wash then please use a mild detergent.

Returns

We really hope that you are delighted with your online Pink City Prints purchase. However, if you would like to change the size, or are not satisfied and would like to return your item, we would be extremely grateful if you could please ensure the following:

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the order if bought online.

Please use a courier service such as HERMES in the UK to collect from your address. It's easy to book a collection with them. As a small business our stock is very low so we do need the items returned within 14 days.
Items must be returned, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in the original packaging with tags still attached.
We reserve the right to deny credits if returns are damaged, marked or altered in any way and do not meet out returns requirements.
Once the item has been inspected, you will then be refunded on the same card with which you paid originally within three days of receipt.
Please make sure that the item is returned via Royal Mail signed for service.
Postage and insurance for the returned item is the responsibility of the customer and Pink City Prints cannot be held liable for returns that do not arrive.
For returns outside of the EU, please mark the package as ‘British Return Goods” with a domestic sale value of £0.00.

Couldn’t love it more!

The dress is beautiful and really well made. I love that it is ethical and that buying from a small business makes a difference. The free matching face mask is such a lovely touch. I also wanted to thank the Customer Service team, especially Millie, for being so responsive and helpful. I couldn’t recommend Pink City Prints more and will definitely be making many purchases in future.
