Quality & Care

As all items in our collections are handmade, there may be some very minor variations between the pieces. Hand-looming is a natural process and, as a result, small parts of cotton husk may be visible in some items. Hand printing may produce areas with uneven colour, unique marks or tiny variations in the pattern.
These minor variations in our dresses give each garment a unique character.

TAKING CARE OF YOUR ITEMS

Handmade pieces are delicate, but when treated with care they can last a lifetime.

There are detailed washing instructions included on the swing tags and labels of your garment.

Keep your item beautifully vivid by:

  • Machine washing on a low temperature, or hand washing, with a mild detergent or natural shampoo.
  • Wash with similar colours.
  • When air drying your dress, avoid hanging it in direct sunlight.
  • Iron your dress on the reverse side of the print.
