The cotton is grown nearby, the linen is brought in from longer-standing partners, and the checks are layered colour by colour by an artisan community whose families have worked in textiles for generations. Each piece carries the depth and small irregularities only handwork can give - signatures of the maker, not flaws to be fixed.
