A note on the United States
Most US orders are shipped from our Dallas warehouse, meaning free, fast delivery with no import duties to pay. If your chosen size is no longer available in Dallas, it will be shipped from our UK warehouse instead. Don’t worry, the product page will always tell you where your order will be dispatched from before you buy.
Orders shipped from our UK warehouse are still sent with free delivery, however US import duties will apply. These charges are determined by US trade policy, not by us, and rates have changed throughout 2025 and 2026. Your checkout will always show the final duty amount before payment, so there are no surprises.
Duties, taxes & tariffs
Where applicable, our overseas orders travel Delivered Duty Paid: import duty and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. We guarantee no extra fees upon delivery.*
United Kingdom. UK VAT is already included in the price you see.
Ireland & Europe. Our EU prices already include local VAT. Any customs duty, currently around 11 to 14% of the item value, is calculated and collected at checkout.
United States. When an order ships from our US warehouse, there is no import duty, only state sales tax where it applies. When it ships from the UK, US import duty applies, currently around 18 to 27% of the item value, calculated at checkout.
Canada. Canadian customs duty is currently around 17% of the item value, calculated at checkout.
Rest of world. Where we can, we prepay import duties at checkout, so your order arrives with nothing more to pay - this covers the EU, the United States, Canada, the Gulf states and Japan. A few destinations, including Australia, Switzerland, Norway, Hong Kong and Singapore, have no additional duties to pay at our prices. For everywhere else, your local customs may charge duties or taxes on delivery, as we aren't able to collect these at checkout.
* Due to local regulations in certain destination countries, Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) may not be available. Where this applies, duties and taxes may be payable upon delivery, and will be clearly communicated at checkout before you place your order.
Dispatch & tracking
Most in-stock orders placed before 2pm ship the same day, and the delivery windows above are calculated from the date your order is dispatched. Some styles are available to purchase on pre-order, meaning they are still in production when your order is placed. We will always provide an estimated dispatch date, however please note that production timelines can occasionally change and delays may occur.
UK next-day delivery means the next working day, so it does not include weekends or bank holidays. A next-day order placed on a Friday is delivered the following Monday, not Saturday.
Every order travels fully tracked. As soon as it leaves us, you will get an email with the carrier and a tracking number, so you can follow it to your door.
Something not right? If a parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing, tell us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo, and we will put it right.
Common questions
Will I be charged customs when my order arrives?
For the US, Canada and Europe, no. We ship Delivered Duty Paid, so import duty and taxes are collected at checkout and sent on to customs for you. For a small number of countries, we are unable to collect duties and taxes at checkout. In these cases, any customs charges will be collected by your local customs authority upon delivery, which is standard for international shipments.
My US order shipped from the UK. Why, and what does it mean?
We hold US stock near Dallas and ship from there whenever we can, free and fast. If your size is unavailable at our US warehouse, we send it from the UK instead so you do not miss out. US import duty applies, which is calculated and collected at checkout. The product page shows you this before you order.
How much is US import duty?
Orders that ship from our US warehouse carry no import duty at all. For orders that ship from the UK, it is currently around 18 to 27% of the item value, depending on the garment. It is calculated at checkout and shown as its own line before you pay, then sent on to customs for you, so there is nothing to settle on delivery.
Is UK delivery free?
UK delivery is £5, and free on orders over £200. Next working day delivery is £7.50. Both ship from our UK warehouse, fully tracked.
How do I track my order?
You will get an email with the carrier and a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. If you have not seen it within a working day or two of ordering an in-stock piece, check your spam folder or get in touch.
I’ve received a customs charge for my order. What happens next?
If you are contacted by a courier requesting payment of duties, taxes or customs fees, please get in touch with our Customer Care team before making any payment. We will be happy to verify the request and, where applicable, work directly with the courier to resolve the issue. Please note that once customs charges have been paid, we are unfortunately unable to recover or reimburse them, so it is always best to contact us first.
