Midi Dresses With Pockets

A cotton midi dress is a mid-length dress — typically finishing between the knee and ankle — cut in soft, breathable cotton. At Pink City Prints, every cotton midi is handcrafted in Jaipur using artisan techniques like block printing, screen printing, and embroidery, so the dress carries the trace of the person who made it.

By day, pair with flat leather sandals, a straw bag, and layered silver jewellery — the artisan print sets the mood. For evenings, swap to a wedge heel and a statement earring, or layer a cropped knit over the top as the temperature drops.

Most of them do. We add pockets wherever the shape allows, often tucked neatly into the side seams so they don’t interrupt the silhouette. Easily. A long-sleeve fitted top under a short sleeve midi extends the dress into autumn. A wool coat or sheepskin gilet layered over the top takes it into winter. Tights and ankle boots are the simplest finishing touch.

We recommend a gentle handwash or delicate machine wash in cold water, inside out. Always air dry away from direct sunlight to preserve the print, and avoid tumble drying. Iron on the reverse only, away from any printed or embroidered detail. Always check the care label on your style.
